You can now deploy your Next.js apps on Vercel using Fauna with a single click. Vercel is a serverless platform for static applications and frontend frameworks, providing a frictionless developer experience to take care of the hard things: deploying, scaling and serving apps. Fauna is serverless and connectionless, so you don’t need to worry about connection limits in your apps on the client or server side.

Building decentralized apps w/ Ethereum, Polygon and Fauna

As blockchain technology evolves, new data architectures are emerging to improve application performance. Fauna’s built-in GraphQL support, attribute-based access control (ABAC), and advanced indexing are making it a popular choice for off-chain data storage in decentralized applications (dApps). Learn how blockchain innovators such as DIGITALAX and Acoer use Fauna alongside Ethereum, Polygon (side-chain), and The Graph to quickly push new ideas to production.

Building Fauna’s GDPR-compliant database infrastructure with Pulumi

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) have become a requirement for Fauna customers. To enable our customers to more easily meet those requirements and lay a foundation that would allow Fauna to serve customers across the globe, we introduced Region Groups. Region Groups allows our customers to keep their data resident to a specific geography, without sacrificing the benefits of distributed data. There was a lot of behind the scenes work by Fauna’s Engineering team to ensure that when we deployed Region Groups it would be repeatable, scalable, efficient and maintainable.
